I've never walked into a business and had employees screaming and joking at the top of their lungs, looking at me, and then continuing about throwing stuff around as if I wasn't there.
I love their food and normally don't post on these but their customer service on food orders is laughable. And that was before my most recent experience, in which I waited at the ordering area while an employee looked the other direction taking numerous selfies on snap chat before finally coming to take my order, and when i asked for a simple sandwich she reacted like i asked her a chemistry question. Luckily, i had been there a handful of times and could walk her through the process. To make one sub and wait in line to checkout, I was in there 21 minutes.
